REQUEST: Kutlass

Here is a request I was only too happy to do. You see, Kremlings are the crocodile-like enemies from Donkey Kong games, and I must admit that I'm rather obsessed with them. I've liked them ever since I was an innocent little kid with nothing but a Super Nintendo and a bunch of DK and Mario games (back when DK and Mario actually went on ADVENTURES instead of doing party games! Wow!). The Kremlings pwn the Kongs. Too bad they're always getting jumped off of and stomped on and rolled into and whipped and punched and kicked and- you get it. Dang violent apes.

Kutlass is a Kremling from Donkey Kong Country 2, the best DK game in my opinion. The game relied heavily on a pirate theme, and the enemies reflected it. And I do love pirates! Kutlass is a little guy with two humongous swords, and it just so happens that he's one of my favorite Kremlings, which is saying something 'cause I like pretty much all of them. I'm surprised I haven't drawn them a lot before now...

So there you go, here's a nice picture. The hat gave me trouble- don't ask me how the heck it stays on his head. BUT IT'S GOT A FEATHER! And yes, his body shape looks more like a raptor or something, but I draw dinosaurs a lot.
